Fee Schedule

The Currency Standard

Primary Currency:

Implementing real-time tracking and quality control that actually works on the shop floor.

Valuation:

10 ZAVA = $1.00 CAD

Payouts:

All liquidations are calculated and issued in CAD. For international recipients (USA/Global), the final amount received in local currency is subject to the real-time conversion rates provided by our payment partners (e.g., Wise).

The Sync (WIG to Vault)

Service Fee:

$0.00

Syncing your professional reputation and performance data from the Workigo (WIG) ecosystem into the Vault is currently free. Zavakar reserves the right to adjust the sync architecture as the ecosystem evolves.

Cash Liquidation (Bank/Wise Transfer)

Service Fee:

10% Processing Fee

This fee covers manual verification, Interac/Wise transaction costs, and the security of the ZavaVault liquidity pool.

Liquidation Limits

Minimum:

$10.00 CAD (110 ZAVA) per request

Maximum:

$150.00 CAD (1,650 ZAVA) per 24-hour period

Legal Notice: Zavakar reserves the right to modify, increase, or implement new service fees at any time. Fee adjustments may be applied with short notice or no notice to ensure the continued solvency and security of the ZavaVault ecosystem.

The Local Exchange

The Concept:

Spend your Zavas directly within the Workforce Economy. We are currently establishing a network of authorized Local Exchange Partners (Retail, Tools, and Training Centers) where your Zavas can be used as direct tender.

The Benefit:

By using the Local Exchange, users may avoid standard bank liquidation fees. This "Closed-Loop" system is designed to keep 100% of your earned value working for you.

Availability:

Partners and specific "Exchange Rates" will be announced via the WIG ecosystem as they become active.

Administrative & Maintenance Fees

The "Correction Fee" — $5.00 CAD

If a liquidation request is returned or fails due to a user providing an incorrect email or mobile number, a flat $5.00 CAD (50 Zava) administrative fee will be deducted from the balance to cover the manual cancellation and re-issuance of the transfer.

Annual Inactivity/Maintenance Fee

Accounts that show zero transactional activity (no Zavas earned, synced, or spent) for 12 consecutive months will be subject to an annual maintenance fee of 10 ZAVA. This fee is waived for any user who holds an active balance for the purpose of future investment in the ZavaVault Equity Portal.

The "In-Transit" Protocol (Point Locking)

Upon submission of a Liquidation Request, the equivalent ZAVA units are immediately deducted from the User’s "Available Balance" and moved to "In-Transit" status.

Non-Reversibility

Once ZAVA units enter "In-Transit" status, the request is considered final. Users cannot cancel, claw back, or re-allocate these units while they are being processed by the SuperAdmin.

System Ownership

During the "In-Transit" phase, the value is held in the Zavakar Corporate Ledger. If a security red flag is raised, Zavakar reserves the right to hold these units indefinitely pending a manual audit.

User Responsibility

The User is strictly responsible for the accuracy of the Email Address or Mobile Number provided for Interac/Wise transfers.

Manual Verification & Anti-Fraud (The 48-Hour Rule)

ZavaVault is a verified Workforce Economy.

Processing Window

All liquidations are subject to a 24–48 business hour verification window. This allows the SuperAdmin to verify the "Proof of Action" (ensuring the points were earned through valid WIG activity).

Right of Refusal

Zavakar reserves the sole and absolute right to refuse any liquidation request if the underlying points are suspected to be earned via fraudulent activity, system exploits, or unverified profile data.

Completed Status

A transaction is legally deemed "Complete" the moment the funds leave the Zavakar bank account and a Bank/Wise Transfer ID is generated.

No Liability for Errors

Zavakar will not be held liable for funds sent to an incorrect destination provided by the user. We cannot "stop payment" on an e-Transfer once it has been processed.

Proof of Payout & Audit Trail

The Ledger of Record: The Transfer ID # (Interac Reference or Wise Transaction ID) provided in the User’s Transaction History serves as the definitive legal proof of payment.

Dispute Window

Any claims of non-receipt must be submitted within 7 business days of the "Mark as Paid" notification. Claims made after this window will be considered void as the transaction is archived.

System Maintenance & "Force Majeure"

Liquidity Vents: In the event of extreme market volatility or technical system failure, Zavakar may temporarily suspend all "In-Transit" movements to protect the overall liquidity of the Vault.

Safety Lock: During such events, your Zavas remain securely encrypted within the ledger. Zavakar is not liable for delays caused by banking system outages or third-party payment processor downtime.

FAQS

Nature of the ZAVA Unit
  • Not Legal Tender: A ZAVA is a “Digital Performance Credit.” It has no value outside the Zavakar ecosystem until it is successfully liquidated through an approved channel. 
  • No Ownership Interest: Holding Zavas does not grant the user ownership in Zavakar unless the user explicitly opts into the “Equity Portal” (Future Release). 

Zavakar reserves the right to audit any WIG account before a liquidation is approved. If points were earned through “Glitches,” “Botting,” or “False information,” Zavakar may void the Zavas and ban the user from the Vault. 

  • User Responsibility: Users are 100% responsible for reporting their cash liquidations to the CRA (Canada) or IRS (USA). Zavakar does not withhold taxes from your e-Transfers. 
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML): To prevent fraud, we may request a “Handshake Verification” (Photo ID or video call) for any user attempting to liquidate more than $150 CAD in a single period. 

Zavakar may terminate a user’s access to the Vault if they engage in harassment of staff, attempt to hack the system, or violate the Workigo (WIG) Community Standards. 

Zavakar and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Vault, including but not limited to, banking delays, lost emails, or third-party server outages. 

Privacy & Data Integrity

We only collect the data necessary to pay you. This includes your Name, Email, and Country. We do not store your bank account numbers or credit card details on our local servers.

02. Encryption & Storage

All data transferred between the WIG app and the ZavaVault is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Personal data is stored on secure, Canadian-compliant cloud servers and is never sold to third-party advertisers.

03. The Audit Trail

In compliance with PIPEDA, users have the right to request a copy of their personal data held by the Vault. We maintain a strict ledger of every "Sync" and "Liquidation" to ensure your professional equity is never lost or tampered with.
