What is the conversion rate?
The standard logic is 10 ZAVA = $1.00 CAD. (1 ZAVA = $0.10 CAD).
How do I get my money?
We offer secure Interac e-Transfers for Canada and Wise transfers for the rest of the world.
Are there fees for cashing out?
Yes. A 10% liquidity fee applies to all bank transfers. Tip: Check out our “Local Exchange” partners to spend your Zavas with 0% fees.
How long does it take?
Once you submit your request, funds are typically processed within 24-48 business hours.
Can I change my mind after I hit "Liquidate"?
Once you submit a request, your Zavas move to “In Transit” status and are locked for processing. To maintain system integrity, requests cannot be canceled once they have entered the verification phase.
Do I need a Wise account for US or International transfers?
Not necessarily. If you don’t have one, Wise will send you a secure email once we initiate the transfer. You can then provide your local banking details directly to them to claim your CAD.
What is the "ZavaVault Equity Portal"?
This is our future-facing feature. Instead of cashing out, you will eventually be able to “Bridge” your Zavas into company equity tokens. This allows you to hold a long-term stake in the ZavaVault ecosystem rather than just taking short-term cash.
Why is there a $150 CAD limit per request?
To ensure the highest level of security and manual verification, we cap individual liquidations at $150 CAD. This allows us to keep the “Workforce Economy” stable and protected against fraud.
What if my email for WIG is different from my e-Transfer email?
No problem. During the liquidation process, you will be prompted to enter the specific email or mobile number where you wish to receive your funds. Just ensure it is accurate before checking the confirmation boxes.
