Master Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These Master Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZavaVault, an independent digital equity and ledger platform operated as part of the Zavakar ecosystem. By creating an account, accessing your vault, or accepting these Terms during registration, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. Independent ZavaVault account

ZavaVault maintains a standalone database and authentication system separate from partner platforms such as Workigo. You must register a dedicated ZavaVault account to view your ledger, accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Service & Operations Guide. Your partner-platform credentials do not automatically grant access to ZavaVault.

2. ZAVA credits and ledger

Performance credits earned through authorized ecosystem partners may be recognized in your vault as ZAVA units. Your ledger records sync events, balance changes, holds, liquidation requests, and completed distributions. Ledger entries are timestamped and form the authoritative record of your vault activity within ZavaVault.

  • Partner performance points are generally recognized as ZAVA at a 1:1 ratio unless otherwise disclosed at sync time.
  • Cash settlement uses Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless a future policy states otherwise.
  • Displayed CAD equivalents are informational and based on the conversion baseline published in the Operations Guide.

3. Redemption paths

You may use your ZAVA balance according to the options available in your account, which may include:

  • Cash liquidation — converting ZAVA to CAD payouts through our integrated payment infrastructure.
  • Rewards — digital gift card spending with regional merchants (when available).
  • Equity Growth Portal — electing to hold credits for potential future token conversion via the Crypto Growth Hold option.

Availability of each path may change. ZavaVault may add, modify, or retire redemption options with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Cash liquidation and finality

When you submit a cash liquidation request, the associated ZAVA amount moves into a reserved or in-transit state for fraud prevention and operational review. Once a request enters processing or in-transit status, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or re-allocated. You are responsible for confirming payout destination details before submission.

5. Fees, limits, and policy changes

Liquidation fees, per-request caps, daily limits, and package amounts are described in the Service & Operations Guide. ZavaVault may update operational limits, fee structures, or package availability to maintain platform integrity, comply with law, or reflect payment network requirements. Material changes will be reflected in the Operations Guide and, where appropriate, communicated through the platform.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false identity, payout, or account information.
  • Attempt to manipulate ledger balances, bypass review controls, or exploit sync integrations.
  • Use ZavaVault for unlawful activity, fraud, or unauthorized third-party access.
  • Interfere with platform security, availability, or other users' accounts.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or risk to the ecosystem.

7. Third-party services

Payment processing, identity verification, and bank payouts may be handled by regulated third parties such as Stripe. Your use of those services may be subject to additional provider terms. ZavaVault does not store full payment card numbers or complete bank account numbers on its application servers when Stripe Connect or delegated processing is enabled.

8. Disclaimers

ZavaVault is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific payout timing in all circumstances, or future availability of rewards or token conversion features. Crypto Growth Hold and equity portal features are forward-looking and may not be available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zavakar and ZavaVault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to a claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to ZavaVault in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZavaVault after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and may contact support regarding account closure.

12. Contact
