Master Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These Master Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZavaVault, an independent digital equity and ledger platform operated as part of the Zavakar ecosystem. By creating an account, accessing your vault, or accepting these Terms during registration, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. Account Registration & Ecosystem Scope

  • Standalone Platform: ZavaVault operates on its own independent database structure. Users must register a separate ZavaVault account and explicitly accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Operations Guide to use the platform.
  • Multi-App Integration: ZavaVault acts as a universal redemption ledger. It securely connects to external databases, partner platforms (such as WorkiGo), and future digital gift card applications to manage and liquidate credits.

2. Nature of the ZAVA Unit

  • Not Legal Tender: A ZAVA is a "Digital Performance Credit".
  • Ecosystem Limit: It has no value outside the ZavaVault ecosystem and authorized partner platforms until it is successfully liquidated through an approved channel.
  • No Ownership Interest: Holding Zavas does not grant the user ownership in Zavakar unless the user explicitly opts into the future "Equity Portal".

3. Right to Audit & Hold

  • Verification Authority: Zavakar reserves the right to audit connected partner platform accounts before any liquidation is approved.
  • Policy Enforcement: If credits were earned through glitches, botting, or false information, Zavakar may void the Zavas and ban the user from the Vault.

4. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

  • User Responsibility: Users are 100% responsible for reporting their cash liquidations to the appropriate tax authorities (such as the CRA or IRS).
  • No Withholding: Zavakar does not withhold taxes from your payouts.
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML): To prevent fraud, we may request a "Handshake Verification" (Photo ID or video call) for any user attempting to liquidate more than $150 CAD in a single period.

5. Termination of Access

  • Violation Consequences: Zavakar may terminate a user's access to the Vault if they engage in harassment of staff, attempt to hack the system, or violate partner platform community standards.

6. Liability Shield (The "Miguel Protection")

  • Indemnification: Zavakar and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Vault, including but not limited to banking delays, lost communication, or third-party server/processor outages.
