Part A: Privacy Policy

  • Limited Scope: We only collect and store the basic personal data necessary to manage your ledger account and facilitate secure payouts. This includes your Name, Email Address, and Country of residence.
  • Third-Party Processing: To ensure maximum financial security, ZavaVault does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or government identification numbers on our local infrastructure. All financial onboarding, identity verification (KYC), and payouts are handled securely by our integrated third-party payment processors (such as Stripe).

2. Cross-App Data Transmission

  • Authorized Syncing: Because ZavaVault operates on an independent, standalone database structure, users explicitly authorize the platform to securely receive and sync points, credits, and transactional data from authorized external databases and partner ecosystems (such as WorkiGo).

3. Information Sharing

  • No Third-Party Sales: Your personal information is strictly protected. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal data to third-party advertisers or external marketing companies.

Part B: Data Integrity & Security

1. Encryption Standards

  • Data in Transit: All communications, ledger balances, and data transmissions between connected applications and the ZavaVault database are fully protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.
  • Secure Infrastructure: Personal data and ledger balances are housed on highly secure, compliant cloud servers.

2. The Immutable Audit Trail

  • Ledger Security: We maintain a permanent, tamper-proof system ledger recording every credit synchronization, balance lock, and liquidation request. This ensures that your digital equity is securely tracked and cannot be altered or lost.

3. Compliance & User Rights

  • Data Access Requests: In compliance with applicable privacy standards (including PIPEDA), users maintain the right to request a digital copy of all personal information and transaction history held within their ZavaVault account ledger.
