Service & Operations Guide

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Part A: The Fee Schedule & Limits

1. The Currency Standard

  • Pegged Value: All Zavas are pegged directly to the Canadian Dollar (CAD).
  • Valuation Rate: Exactly 10 ZAVA = $1.00 CAD.
  • Payout Currency: All liquidations are calculated and issued in CAD. International recipients are subject to real-time currency conversion rates managed by our payment processing partners.

2. Account Balance Synchronization

  • Service Fee: $0.00.
  • Policy: Syncing credits or rewards from authorized partner applications (such as WorkiGo) into your standalone ZavaVault ledger is completely free.

3. Cash Liquidation (Stripe / Bank Payouts)

  • Processing Fee: A 10% Processing Fee is factored into the liquidation request to cover transaction costs, network security, and treasury maintenance.
  • Minimum Limit: 110 ZAVA (Redeems for $10.00 CAD net cash payout after the 10% fee is deducted).
  • Maximum Limit: 1,650 ZAVA (Redeems for $150.00 CAD net cash payout per 24-hour period after the 10% fee is deducted).

4. Administrative & Account Maintenance

  • Failed Transaction Fee: A flat $5.00 CAD (50 ZAVA) fee will be deducted if a payout fails due to incorrect or invalid bank/account info provided by the user.
  • Inactivity Fee: Accounts with zero transactional activity for 12 consecutive months are subject to an annual maintenance fee of 10 ZAVA. This fee is completely waived for any user who activates the "Crypto Growth Hold" feature.

5. The "Crypto Growth Hold" Protocol (Future Token Exchange)

  • The Option: Users may opt to bypass standard cash liquidation and select the "Hold for ZAVA Token Launch" checkbox within their dashboard settings.
  • Fee Exemption: By checking this box, the user explicitly chooses to lock their ZAVA credits in their vault to exchange them directly for official ZAVA Crypto Tokens upon launch. Accounts with this status active are 100% exempt from the standard 10% cash liquidation fee and the 12-month account inactivity fee.
  • Reversibility: A user may uncheck this box at any time to return to the cash ecosystem; however, standard liquidation limits, 24-48 hour safety locks, and the 10% processing fee will apply immediately upon any cash payout request.

Part B: Fulfillment & Safety Policies

1. The "In-Transit" Safety Protocol

  • Balance Locking: Upon submitting a liquidation request, the corresponding ZAVA units are instantly deducted from your balance and marked as "In-Transit".
  • Non-Reversibility: Once a request is marked "In-Transit," the transaction is final and cannot be cancelled or altered by the user.
  • Security Lock: To ensure platform security and fraud prevention, all liquidations are subject to a standard 24-to-48-hour automated safety verification window before final funds release.

2. Accuracy & Payout Finality

  • User Responsibility: The user is strictly responsible for ensuring their connected payout details and bank routing info are correct and up to date.
  • Transaction Completion: A payout is legally considered complete the moment our payment processing network generates a successful Transfer/Payout ID. ZavaVault holds zero liability for funds delivered to an incorrect destination due to user data entry errors.
  • Proof of Payment: The generated Transfer ID serves as definitive legal proof of fulfillment. Any delivery disputes must be submitted to support within 7 business days of notification.
