Service & Operations Guide
This Service & Operations Guide describes how ZavaVault accounts, balances, liquidations, and payouts work in practice. It supplements the Master Terms and should be read together with the Privacy Policy. Operational values may be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
1. Conversion baseline
The standard valuation baseline is:
- 10 ZAVA = $1.00 CAD ($0.10 CAD per ZAVA unit).
- Partner performance points are recognized as ZAVA at a 1:1 ratio when synced from authorized platforms.
Displayed CAD equivalents in your dashboard are derived from this baseline. Admin-configured rates may be adjusted; your live dashboard always reflects the active system rate.
2. Account registration
You must create a separate ZavaVault account and accept all required legal agreements before accessing your ledger. Registration confirms that you understand ZavaVault is an independent system and not a shared login with partner workforce applications.
3. Cash liquidation overview
Cash liquidation converts ZAVA credits into CAD payouts sent through our payment infrastructure (typically Stripe Connect). The general flow is:
- Connect a payout method (bank account via Stripe Connect, or manual bank details when Stripe is disabled).
- Select an available withdrawal package from your Payouts screen.
- Submit the request — ZAVA moves from available to reserved / under review.
- Administrative and automated checks run for fraud prevention.
- Approved requests are processed to payout; status updates appear in your ledger.
4. Processing fee
A 10% processing fee is factored into cash redemption requests to cover secure financial network costs and third-party payment processing. The fee is included in the ZAVA total debited from your vault, not charged as a separate line item.
Examples (net payout to you):
- Net $10.00 CAD payout → 110 ZAVA required.
- Net $150.00 CAD payout (per-request maximum) → 1,650 ZAVA required.
5. Limits and packages
- Per-request cap: Net cash liquidation is capped at $150.00 CAD per individual request unless otherwise stated in your account.
- Daily cap: Total CAD requested per calendar day is limited (currently $50.00 CAD per user per day in the platform configuration). Requests that would exceed the daily cap are rejected at submission.
- Packages: Withdrawal amounts are selected from administrator-configured packages shown on the Payouts page. Available packages may change over time.
6. Payout timing
- After submission, funds enter a locked / under review state for fraud prevention (typically up to 24 hours from submission in the default configuration).
- Once approved and released for processing, cash payouts are typically cleared within 24–48 business hours through the payment network.
- Weekends and banking holidays may extend settlement times.
Status labels you may see include: Under review, In transit, Paid, or Rejected.
7. Finality
Once a cash liquidation request enters in-transit or active payout processing, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or re-allocated. Verify your payout destination before confirming.
8. Stripe Connect and bank details
When Stripe Connect is enabled, you connect your bank account through Stripe's secure onboarding flow. ZavaVault stores Stripe account references and status — not your full account number. When Stripe is disabled in a deployment, you may enter Canadian bank details (institution, transit, account) directly in ZavaVault; only masked references are displayed after save.
9. Workigo and partner sync
Credits earned on linked partner platforms sync into your vault ledger as ZAVA. If your partner account is not yet linked at the time of a sync event, credits may be queued until linkage is completed. Withdrawal reconciliation events may be shared with partner systems for ecosystem integrity.
10. Equity Growth Portal (Crypto Growth Hold)
Inside your dashboard, you may enable Crypto Growth Hold to record your intent to hold ZAVA for future official token conversion when that program launches. Effects include:
- Your hold preference is logged on your account.
- While active, your ledger may be exempt from standard 12-month account inactivity rules described in platform policy.
- You may opt out at any time if you choose to liquidate instead.
- Multiplier bonuses for long-term holds may be offered at launch; terms will be announced separately.
This feature is forward-looking. Token conversion is not guaranteed until officially launched.
11. Rewards path (coming soon)
Digital gift card spending and merchant redemption at 0% transaction fees are planned but not yet generally available. ZAVA reserved for future rewards features remains subject to these operational rules until rewards launch.
12. Account inactivity
Accounts without ledger activity for extended periods may be subject to inactivity policies, including maintenance considerations, unless Crypto Growth Hold is active. Specific inactivity timeframes are administered per platform policy and may be updated with notice.
13. Fraud prevention
Withdrawals may be flagged for manual review when risk signals are detected (for example: missing partner link, unverified identity, unusual velocity, or amounts near daily caps). Flagged requests remain in review until cleared or rejected by administrators.
14. Support and disputes
For ledger discrepancies, delayed payouts, or access issues, contact Support with your registered email, withdrawal ID (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
15. Currency
All liquidations are issued and settled in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless a future policy explicitly states otherwise.
